I have been using citeulike a little on and off for the last couple of years, but that may very well change after I found a tutorial describing how to directly retrieve my citeulike library from BibDesk. We are not talking about two-way synchronization, but it can still be very practical to use the great social capabilities of citeulike to add references to the library, and then later import them into BibDesk. I think this will be particularly interesting when working on collaborative projects where multiple people want to have access to the same references. This can now be even more easily achieved through the group functionality in citeulike.
