RITMO – A coffee machine centre

I have visited the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Coimbra over the last couple of days. During two packed days, I got to hear exciting presentations by various researchers, present how we work at RITMO, and engage in lively discussions about how best to organise interdisciplinary research activities. Updated version of RITMO's code of conduct

At the first “Tour de RITMO”, a retreat for the whole centre, we had a group work session that resulted in the development of our code of conduct. Now, with a new group of doctoral and postdoctoral fellows that have just started on their RITMO journey, it was time to refresh the “rules”.
